Here are a few general guidelines about what you should do in the event of an emergency and you need an out of hours electrician:
Electrical Fire:
Water conducts electricity so never pour water on an electrical fire; use a fire extinguisher only. If possible, disconnect the power source and immediately call Chris.
Electrical Shock:
If possible, immediately disconnect or turn off the power source and contact our Chris the electrician. If someone has been injured, call for emergency medical services ASAP and provide first aid to the victim.

When you contact Chris the electrician, please provide him with as much information as you can about your electrical problem. Our vehicle is well-equipped with the parts and tools necessary to address most electrical problems. Once we have determined the correct way to proceed, Chris will either repair the electrical problem on the spot or provide you with a safe, temporary solution until more extensive electrical repairs can be completed. If your electricity supply needs to be disconnected from your home or business as a result of your electrical problem, we will discuss this with you and make arrangements accordingly.
Stay Safe – Even if your electrical problem is not included in the list mentioned, or if you are uncertain about whether you require electrical services, it’s better to be safe and make the call anyway. It will put your mind at ease and ensure that the safety of your family, business, and belongings are not compromised.
